            As I said, war is coming...

            Now it is here. As you all fight, I have waited in the darkness. 
            Now, I will make my stand(not a stand actually, since I don't have 
            any land.) I see neither Shinra company can be trusted for peace. 

            I now officially declare war on Blue Shinra and the Shinra Electric 
            Power Company.
            Objectives: Destroy enough equipment and military personal to force 
            these companies into peace. I am at peace with AVALANCHE and the 
            remains of Wutai/Mideel. Mind you, if peace is reached and either of 
            you attack the Shinra companies, I will attack you too.

            In a large low lit room. Location:Unknown

            Several people walk in, and seat themselves at a large desk. A 
            screen is on the wall behind BlueJay.

            BlueJay: Situation please.

            Midgar personal commander: Rufus is identified as the person running 
            the mako reactor there. Also, AVALANCHE has claimed to destroy 
            Midgar using OUR lifestream bombs. We are the only ones with that 
            technology!(People, please tell me if we have decided that Midgar is 
            gone or not. I am against the attack Cid made. Please tell me.)

            Information High Chief. Ahem. *Screen goes on. It is a map of the 
            planet. Every faction's territory is color coded.* FORCE is still in 
            the Northern Continent with garrisons here and here. *Several yelloy 
            dots appear in Cid's territory.* Now Wutai's forces are still here. 
            The Western Continent's Northern tip is under Blue Shinra control. 
            The southern tip is under Shinra's control. Wutai has assaulted the 
            garrisons here. *Several yellow lines appear in the territories 
            representing fronts. Small yelloy lines stretch out from Wutai's 
            fronts towards enemy positions. A small explosion appears on the 
            screen representing skirmishes.* Now Blue Shinra's navy has 
            assualted the eastern side with little success. But, Shinra's 
            activities are much more effective. *Several lines stretch from the 
            Eastern Continent to the Northern Continent and to the Western 
            Continent.* Several Proud Clods are assualting the two defending 
            factions. FORCE and Provo SOLDIER have had sustained heavy losses.

            BlueJay: I see. This meeting is over. I will come to you tomarrow to 
            give each section your assignments.

            (Roleplayers, tell me about the Midgar thing when you get on, 
            thanks.)

            Bluejay i am the only person affilatied directly with AVALANCHE 
            force is back home at the Northern Crater

            Bluejay, I would just like to know your intentions. As far as I 
            know, Cid has taken back his attack on Midgar.
