            Preparations

            A messenger arrives at the front door of the Shinra Mansion, 
            carrying a large box. Rude answers the door.

            Messenger: Do you know... what I had to go through... to get this?!
            Rude: Package from Cait Sith?
            Messenger: Yes, and it's a heavy one!

            Rude takes the box and enters the mansion. The messenger leaves. 
            Half an hour later, Reeve emerges from the front door and walks into 
            town, carrying Cloud's old Force Stealer. He stops to talk to Saber.

            Saber: Hmm, what's with the sword?
            Reeve: Let's just say, if Tseng wants a spectacle, he's going to get 
            one. (picks up sword for a closer look) I certainly hope that I 
            don't have to use it.
            Saber: Have you heard back from Tseng yet?
            Reeve: Not yet. When I do, be sure to send a message to Wutai. That 
            I want to meet Lord Godo here in Nibelheim.
            Saber: Sephiroth as well?
            Reeve: Yes. And to all the world leaders asking for their 
            cooperation. If they interfere, Tseng might retaliate; it could mean 
            the destruction of their own lands as well.

            Reeve walks back to the Mansion, shaking his head.

            Reeve: It didn't have to be like this...
