I might be one man working alone, but I can produce a worthy ode to the massive weapon that rocked Meteor and blinded the Earth with radiance. I may have been hasty. I may have not had the best resources, but today, you'll bear witness what one of these can do. Sephiroth has returned to the bar one final time before he leaves Costa del Sol. Music is playing in the background, and many people are in the bar getting drunk in anticipation of the upcoming holiday. Sephiroth takes his usual spot in the corner and waves away the cute waitress who always wants to serve him. Those two guys from before are talking about something. Sephiroth concentrates on their conversation. "Have you heard, Wutai village is back under Godo's control, and Cosmos is being pushed south," says the first guy. "Yeah, Godo has issued a statement declaring himself the ruler of Wutai," adds the second guy. "What a turnaround--" He is interrupted by some urgent music from the radio, and then the voice of the announcer. --Ladies and gentlemen, we have breaking news tonight. Tseng, the former head of the Shinra Turks and the person being held responsible for the theft of the huge materia has issued an ultimatium. "All is ready. I've finished the four Huge Materia bombs. I'm sure you are all aware of what one of these could do. President Reeve has called an emergency meeting of the Blue Shinra board to respond to the threat. In a brief statement, Reeve said, "People of Blue Shinra, please do not panic, your government will take appropriate measures to ensure your safety." The President was then handed a note, and then left the room. We will keep you informed of any more we learn. Thank you and good night.-- The bar explodes in noise as everyone starts talking at once. (Saber running full speed yells at the chocobo to get moving. The chocobo starts at a trot and Saber jumps on.) Saber: Go Go! ( Saber directs the chocobo towards Niblehiem. Approaching Saber slaps the chocobo and tells it to head back. Immediately Saber runs to the front of the inn and hops on his cycle) Saber: Ah... (He drives right up the steps towards the Mansion and hops off. The Cycle Drives it self into the ground. He takes off into the Mansion Screaming Get outta The Way! Due to new news received by BlueJay himself, the people of Junon(Shinra), Nibelheim(Blue Shinra), and Cosmo Canyon(Freelance), are to be extremely cautious. We also believe the Northern Crater, the beginning of the Planet's Crisis 2000 years ago, is also to be watched by Nexus forces. Reasons are sketchy, but there is something about that crater that BlueJay wants to know about. They manage to retake Wutai from Godo. Godo flees in a ship. A camers shows Cosmos being projected to the world leaders. Cosmos: Good day, my friends! After hard battles, we managed to drive Godo off Wutai. Reeve! Beware!!! Godo's ship was last pointed near Nibelheim! Now, as first order in business, I must ask just as Reeve did...what is it that you want? Money? Power? A country? An army? You must tell us or else we have nothing to build on for negotiations. Heidegger: Gya hahah haahaha! Not to sound threatening, but if you want all of us (Wutai and Blue Shinra) to throw down our weapons and hand our countrys and governments to you, I think I might share all of the others thoughts and say that the chances of us doing that is very unlikely and that we'll probably mobilize our military's to take care of the situation. Scarlett: Kya ahahaha! And if its weapons that you want, your not getting that either. We all know that if we give in and let you have massive amounts of weapons and maybe even Shinra's Proud Clod's that you'll end up forming your own army to take us all on. President: But...if its money you want. Shinra, Inc. would be more than glad to give you a great sum of it. At least in the area of 50-90 million Gil. And by the way, you're in no position to make threats. You know what I what, President.
