FFVII Citadel MB > RolePlaying Area > An Important Message From President Reeve Page 1 2 Author Reeve posts: 225 (11/12/00 12:50:29 am) An Important Message From President Reeve *Reeve stands in Bugenhagen's observatory with Red XIII and four floating crystals.* My Fellow Citizens, It is with great displeasure that I must announce this: the Huge Materias which Nanaki has brought back to Cosmo Canyon, the very ones which you see here, are fakes. Wutai Ninja are still suspected, but we also have a new suspect to add. Tseng, the onetime leader of the Turks, was believed to have kidnapped Yuffie Kisaragi, Wutai's heir to the throne and accomplished Materia thief. He has also been seen by Blue Shinra employees in Costa Del Sol; they descibed that a strange glow came from a bag that he was carrying. The BlueJay Nexus is also suspect since they had "recovered" these false Huge Materia. We do not know if the BlueJay Nexus are somehow involved with this new development, henceforth, Blue Shinra will discontinue any affiliation with the BlueJay Nexus until a full investigation can be made. Again, any information concerning the whereabouts of the Huge Materia should be directed to the Blue Shinra offices in Niebelheim Also, I have met personally with Cid Highwind and he has reason to believe that Lord Godo is alive as well, depite what Cosmo has stated. As he pulls in he notices a man with a black suit...looking like a Turk but pays no attention to it. Saber walking toward the entrance is suddenly asked by Wutai guards... Guard1: Hello Saber:Uhh..hi Guard2: Affiliations? We have the right to search you. Saber: None im just on vacation (Guard1 opens gate and gestures Saber in) Saber: Thanks...that was close.(He begins walking towards Turtle Paradise and notices a strange man smoking...He thinks he knows him from somewhere. Saber: Cosmos is...what in the world is going on.. (Saber runs into the nearest house. He thinks he hears a yell but ignores it.) Saber: Probably just a war cry. (Saber peers out the window and it seems a few stragglers are left. He slowly opens the door and walks out). Saber begins walking towards the Pagoda and sees something strange. A Small White Chocobo peers out from one of the bushes. Saber walks closer. He tickles it behind the ear. Chocobo: Wark! Wark! Saber: Heh...Like that eh? (The Chocobo runs away towards the pagoda, Saber proceeds after it. A Strange man is talking to the warriors. Man: We Will Conquer all! I will give The Shinra's 24 hours to leave or all will perish. Muwhahaha! Warriors: (War Cries) (Saber notices the Chocobo again. It searches the terrain as if looking for something or someone. A man with a black pillowcase over his head) Man: Hahahaha! This stupid man disgraced Wutai. Godo Loyaltists will DIE! Poor Godo...sigh...if only you didnt lose the war i would be standing by your side but you had to give in to them. Godo: (Tape seems to be over his mouth and Saber can not understand). Man: I Lord Cosmos will Rule! Saber: Cosmos...Thats Cosmos? Wutai Warriors: (War Cry) (The Wutai Warriors run back towards the homes. The Chocobo walks back towards the pagoda and walks slowly and stealthly behind Cosmos. Cosmos' men open a door and the Chocobo sneaks in before it is closed) ---------- Reeve posts: 247 (11/13/00 10:05:10 pm) Choco Sith: The Pagoda of the Five Gods The white Chocobo dashes up the stairs before anyone can see him. Suddenly, he crashes into a figure making her way downstairs. Chekov: Oh! Hey little guy. How'd you get in here? Chekov picks up the Chocobo and proceeds to the next floor. Shake is peeking out of the windows. Chekov: Do you know what's going on? Shake: They have our Lord Godo down there! They've taped up his mouth! Chekov: Don't worry, our ninja will take care of them. Shake: I'm not so sure. I've seen all of the weaponry that our enemies have. I don't think we're a match for them. Chekov: If only we still had that Materia Yuffie had gotten for us. Chocobo: Waark! The Chocobo jumps out of Chekov's arms and runs downstairs... ---------- Saber posts: 45 (11/14/00 7:30:09 pm) The Search For Godo (Saber knows there is another way into the pagoda and begins searching around it. He Sees a weapon on the ground and tries to pick it up when suddenly a door opens. Saber lets go and the door closes.) Saber: Oh Great.... (looking around for something he finds a rock and sticks it under the weapon. Throwing another one at it the rock gets pushed away and the doors close again. In the pagoda there is a strange aroma. Men seem to be in a hurry and running everywhere. Suddenly the White Chocobo and Chekov running after it.) Speed: You'll never catch the guy just leave him alone. Chekov: Yeah im too slow. (Chekov turns and walks away just as Saber's feet make it into the ventalation. The Chocobo begins heading the way he was headed and Saber follows it. The Chocobo stops and peers into the vents.) Chocobo: Wark! Wark! Saber: (Whispering) Go Go No Attention to me. Wark away! (The Chocobo turns left and heads into a room. Saber heads the same way. The Chocobo heads behind a plant and a conversation is in progress.... ---------- BlueJay posts: 646 (11/14/00 10:09:20 pm) Hmmm... "So Cosmos has not killed Godo yet eh?" BlueJay asks. "No sir," a female agent reports. "A new man has appeared in town, along with one of Reeve's robotic chocobos." "Very well," BlueJay said. "Commence the operation." We now see two agents and a man in tape in a ventalation shaft. An agent rips the tape off. "So you are Lord Godo?" the agent inquires. "Huff... huff... yes. Who are you?" Godo asks. "Umm, a friend of a friend," the agent answers. The agent turns to the other agent. "We need a way out of here. Also, get that chocobo sith in here." "Wark!" a white chcobo calls as it runs in from behind a plant. "Augh! There is someone out there. Fire!" An agent shoots a man nearby with a dart. He falls down unconsious. The small group continue down the shaft. "We need to get to that door down there," an agent says. The second agent pulls some feathers away from the chocobo. A small control pad is in there. He punches some buttons. A small vial comes out with red dust inside. "Set the charges on low and throw them down," the agent instructs to the other agent. The agent pushes some buttons on the vial. It starts to beep and the lid opens. The dust falls on the men running around below the shaft. Suddenly, Godo hears small pops and flashes of light flood the shaft. Men start screaming below. The agents bust the grate they were looking through out and the group jumps down with the squaking chocobo. "Let's get out of here!" the agents yell in unision. They jump over the injured men and get through the door, just as Cosmos enters the room with a look of horror on his face. He doesn't see the agents, or Godo. ---------- Saber posts: 50 (11/14/00 10:39:53 pm) A Sudden Friend.... (Saber begins following the agents through the shaft. An Agent turns... Agent: Dont Move Saber: I'm a member of Avalanche don't shoot! Agent: Follow me... (Saber begins following the agents and Godo. Suddenly a siren goes off.) Voice: All Men in the pagoda on EXTREME alert! Intruders are found. Godo is missing. (One of the agents grabs the Choco Sith and pulls out small video tape. He punches into the control and the Choco Sith runs back towards the opening.) Agent: Diversion... (They make it out too an exit and see the choco sith running everywhere. The men are confused and have no idea whats happening 20 feet behind them. An Agent is trying to get the numbering to open the door and escape. Saber pulls out his sword as the other Agents pull out the guns. Still no one notices) Agent: Hurry up! Agent2:Almost...Got it..MOVE! (Saber runs out and so do the rest of the agents with not a bullet fired.) Agent: RUN GET OUTTA HERE! (Suddenly the door behind them opens and 4 Warriors come out. There weapons are small and easily taken care of by Saber. More Troops come out and Saber cannot handle them all. Saber: AHH! Suddenly a spear smashes threw one of the warriors. Cid: Need some help? (Cid Pulls his spear out of the dead man) (Saber and Cid Wipe out the rest of the warriors.) And Saber didn't use his sword! It was the Blue Shinra's Scarlet Nanodevices and the agents' experience that made the mission successful. You will be a scout, go to places and fiund out what is happening as i see you have. so welcome around Saber also, just to confirm things, i have not been to Wutai or on the continent since i left 2 weeks ago, so the man with a spear? must have been somebody else. He hops on his cycle and heads off towards Nibelhiem, Headquarters of Blue Shinra and the Mako reactor.) Saber: Wow...I thought Sephy burnt this down. (Saber looks around the town he had been to 5 years ago. It looks exactly the same. Suddenly Saber remembers that paper that the other Security guard Slash had. It had said something like... "The reconstruction of Nibelhiem has been going well. No One remembers the burning that Sephroith had done" (Saber walks to the inn where he props up his cycle. He begins walking around town and seeing what has changed. Strangely Nothing has. Suddenly he sees a beautiful girl walk by. Tifa??? he wonders. .and continues on towards the Reactor in the Mountains. He finds it falling apart. Blood stains the ground where Cloud was stabbed and Zack Slashed.) Saber: Wow...I'da thought Shinra' d try to keep this going for as long as possible... (He sees the pod on the ground from the thing that had fallen out. Suddenly Saber remembers...Jenova and Looks up. Saber:Why...Why'd you have to do this to us! (Suddenly a metal pole falls to the ground) Saber: @#%$! HOLY GOD! (He heads up the stairs and pulls his sword out. ...Peering in he sees the angelic like top of the statue thing laying on the ground staring into space. Saber: *shiver* I hate this place. (Saber runs as fast as possible away from the reactor back into town. Where he is stopped by Blue Shinra Guards. Guard: Sir..what were you doing? Saber: Uh...i was checking the reactor out. Guard: You' ll have to come with us. Saber Thinks: What's up with all these guards god! I was also here when-- Reeve: AVALANCHE? Great! Men, let him go. *the guards let go of Saber. * Reeve: I'm on my way to Mideel on a very special kind of mission. Would you be willing to join me?
