After Meteor falls, and the Planet is spared, the world succumbs to chaos and disorder. The destruction of Midgar and the end of Shinra's reign signal the birth of a new era. Under the leadership of Reeve, the last surviving Shinra executive, a New Order arises, as well as a new way of life. Thus, the beginning of Blue Shinra.
